Where our products come from

We buy through established retail liquidation channels, which handle overstock, customer returns and shelf pulls from major US retailers. We have been buying from these channels for more than 10 years.

How we check

Before a designer item is listed, we inspect it and check its details, such as style number, hardware, stitching, lining and labels, against the brand's own product information.

Our money-back guarantee

If an item you bought from us is ever shown not to be authentic, we will refund your full purchase price, including shipping, and pay for the return. Final-sale items are included.

We are an independent reseller and are not an authorized retailer of, or affiliated with, the brands we sell. Brand names are used only to describe the items accurately. Manufacturer warranties may not apply to open-box or pre-owned items.
