Condition Guide
Every item in our shop lists one of the conditions below. If an item has a flaw, it is described in the listing and shown in the photos.

|---|---|---|
| New / Sealed | Brand new in the original factory-sealed packaging. Never opened. | 7 days from delivery |
| New with Tags | Brand new and unused, with the original retail tags attached. | 7 days from delivery |
| New without Tags | Brand new and unused, but the retail tags have been removed. May not include original packaging. | 7 days from delivery |
| Open Box – Like New | The packaging has been opened, usually a retail customer return. The item itself looks and works like new. Packaging may be damaged or missing, and any missing accessories are listed. | Final sale |
| Pre-owned | Previously used. Signs of wear are described and photographed in the listing. | Final sale |
Returns
New items can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Open box and pre-owned items are final sale. If any item arrives damaged, wrong, or significantly different from its listing, we will make it right. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
