Where we ship from

Every order ships from our warehouse in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and your address, so you pay what it actually costs to ship your items, not a flat fee. Orders of $70 or more ship free within the United States.

Processing time

We aim to ship orders within 2 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

Tracking

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

International orders

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Customs duties, taxes and import fees charged by the destination country are the buyer's responsibility.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or has not arrived within the carrier's estimated window, email tribblestreasures@gmail.com with your order number. For damage, please include photos and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
