Terms of Service

Overview

This website is operated by Tribbles Treasures, a business of Tribbles Entertainment LLC, based in Cincinnati, Ohio ("we," "us," "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

Our products

We sell new, open-box and pre-owned merchandise, much of it sourced through retail liquidation. Many items are one of a kind. The condition of each item is stated on its product page and explained in our Condition Guide. Photos show the actual item unless the listing says otherwise. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen.

We are not an authorized retailer for the brands we sell, and manufacturer warranties may not apply to open-box or pre-owned items. Brand names are used only to describe the products accurately.

Authenticity

Every designer item we sell is guaranteed authentic, as described in our Authenticity Guarantee.

Pricing and availability

Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. "Retail" or "compare at" prices show the original retail price of the item as we understand it. If an item is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. Because most items are single units, an item may sell out on another channel before your order is processed; if that happens, we will refund you in full.

Orders

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or that we suspect are fraudulent. If we cancel a paid order, you will receive a full refund.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio and applicable federal law.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time by posting the new version on this page.
